【Event Report】Two Days in a Suite Room! April Ginza Unveiling Event Report
Recently, on April 20 (Sat) and 21 (Sun),
RADIANN's first-ever 「Ginza Suite Room Unveiling Event」has been held.
This was an event for people interested in RADIANN and moissanite, and because it was a reservation-based gathering where even new customers who had never had the chance to see or handle the pieces in person could make appointments, a truly large number of people attended.

Is it about a 50/50 split between existing and new customers?
Our aim is to help you gain an accurate understanding of moissanite, offer helpful tips for choosing jewelry, and make moissanite feel more accessible to you.
I also had the opportunity to talk about the cutting edge of the luxury business, which is not easy to learn about.
Here's a brief look at the event from that day.
The event took place in a luxury hotel suite right in the heart of Ginza.

I had been hoping to schedule the next meeting in Tokyo soon.

At Radian, our outside sales are normally available only to existing customers, and although we receive requests from new customers from all over Japan, we are unable to accommodate them.
When we made our Tokyo event open to new customers for the first time,
Reservation-only slots are 90% filled within two days.
I was truly amazed!
I figured it might take a while to fill up, so I set aside extra reservation slots, but...
It was so fast that I took the liberty of adding a small frame.
We were truly grateful to have been able to meet with our customers over the course of two days.

Some customers have even brought rings they purchased elsewhere, tried them on, and compared them.
『I thought it might be rude, but I saw 'Please compare' on an Instagram story... May I compare them?』
Some people try them on and lay them out side by side.
(Everyone experiences things differently, so it's never rude!)
What made me really happy was that our valued customer came with a friend, but...
A friend who at first didn't intend to buy anything ended up ordering two items.
What pleased me was that they enjoyed it, saying, "I wanted it when I saw the actual product!"
At our store, we receive a large number of customer referrals, but...
With even more enthusiasm than I can convey about moissanite's brilliance, customers themselves passionately recount the emotions they experienced and share how they felt.

On the final day, we received full custom orders for engagement and wedding rings
