RADIANN offers product repairs and aftercare. While using our items, they may occasionally become damaged. To help you use them for a long time, we carefully repair each item at our workshop, so please feel free to contact us.

 

【About Cleaning】

We offer free cleaning to all customers who purchased from our store. *All shipping costs for cleaning are the responsibility of the customer.

【Regarding Repairs】

We offer one free repair for defects resulting from normal use within one year after purchase (minor scratches from normal use are excluded). Products may develop small scratches with use—please enjoy their natural character. There are limits to what can be repaired, so depending on the extent of damage or the product condition, we may not be able to accept the repair. Please understand that repairs will be carried out only within feasible limits. Repairs from the second time onwards will be charged.

When sending the damaged item to us, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. *Return shipping after repair will be covered by our store.

Repair Procedure:

From the LINE chat, please send images of the areas you would like to have cared for or repaired. Providing several detailed photos will allow us to give a more accurate approximate cost.

A representative will provide an estimated cost. This is only an estimate, so the actual amount may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.

After you approve the cost, please send the damaged item to the address below

After the workshop inspects the item, we will inform you of the exact cost.

After we receive your approval of the cost and your payment transfer, we will carry out the repair.

After the care/repair is completed, we will ship the item back to the specified address.(*Return shipping is covered by our store)

 

【Regarding Refurbishing】

Even if a product was indicated as remodelable at the time of purchase, due to changes in production arrangements or artisans, we may be unable to undertake the remodel. We appreciate your understanding.

 

It usually takes about 3–4 weeks, but after we inspect the item's condition we will inform you of the delivery time, repair costs, etc. Please feel free to contact us.

  • We cannot be held responsible for accidents or loss during shipment. Please understand.
  • Depending on the item's condition or the type of product, we may be unable to accept repairs.
  • When a long holiday period such as Obon, New Year holidays, or Golden Week occurs, processing may take longer than usual.
  • Please note that the above cleaning and repair aftercare services are provided by our store and may be changed or discontinued without notice.
  • We may refuse aftercare requests from customers who have had disputes with our store.
