About Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

At our store, from the standpoint of being mindful of environmental issues and to minimize all resources and energy required for production, including existing designs, all of our products are produced only after we receive your order. Skilled craftsmen carefully manufacture each piece with attention to detail, and we also take the utmost care with packaging to ensure your order is delivered without damage.
We take every precaution, but if the item you receive is scratched or damaged, please contact us immediately by email (radiann.official@gmail.com) or via LINE. In such cases we will cover the full cost of repair.
Please understand that we cannot respond to reports of scratches or damage if you do not contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Also, if an item is to be exchanged, it will not be eligible for exchange if the item is not returned within one month of delivery.

When natural materials (such as pearls) are used, there may be fine scratches or indentations. We carefully select pieces that do not impair the appearance of the product, but please enjoy the color and shape of each piece as the natural individuality and texture of the material.
Please understand that cancellations based on subjective impressions—such as color or luster of natural materials being different from expectations—cannot be accepted.

After applying to purchase a product and completing payment, customers are considered to have agreed to the sales terms regarding 【Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations】. Custom-made jewelry is crafted one by one for each customer according to the order, so once payment has been made we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer circumstances. After payment, a professional craftsman will produce the design drawings, so please note that returns for reasons such as change of mind or a different image after payment cannot be accepted.

Mail order (online shopping) is different from door-to-door sales or telephone solicitation, and the cooling-off period does not apply.
