We would like to reiterate RADIANN's private-appointment policy

Private appointments are for customers who intend to make a purchase.
We often hear from many people

"I've looked at other moissanite stores, but I'd like to see RADIANN's moissanite."

That's what they tell us.
We would love to meet everyone, but
because owner Aya meets customers in person,
we hope you understand that we must set certain criteria.

●Those who just want to browse
●Those who may decide not to purchase

We are unable to accept private-appointment reservations for the above.
Please understand in advance.

【Private-Appointment Policy】

＜Locations＞
☆We can arrange consultations in the Kansai area at any time (Osaka).
We hold appointments in the lounge of a luxury hotel.
☆If you are outside the Kansai area or coming from a distance,

please contact us.
If you wish, we also offer on-site private appointments.
If you would like a location other than the cities listed above, please consult with us.

＜On-site Private Appointments＞
If a purchase is intended, we will travel anywhere within Japan.
Purchase amounts must be ¥600,000 and up.
If you are unsure, please consult with us.

＜How to Reserve＞
We send priority announcements via our official LINE account, and we also post reservation opportunities on Instagram.
Appointment slots fill up quickly, but additional slots or openings may become available.
In those cases we will notify you, so we recommend registering on LINE@ so you don't miss the opportunity.

For new customers, we ask for your name, age, and a brief self-introduction.
Please understand that this is necessary as we handle valuable items.

＜Party Size for Reservations＞
Parents, family members, and friends may accompany you.
For security reasons, appointments are limited to women only.
If you are considering engagement or wedding rings, your partner may accompany you.
We decline reservations from people in the same industry.

＜Duration＞
Each slot is approximately one hour.
(Many of our customers love sparkly items, so conversations often become lively and the time flies; we will adjust as necessary.)

＜Payment Methods＞
We generally request payment in cash.
Alternatively, you can make a direct online bank transfer on the spot.
Credit card payment is also available.

＜Cancellations＞
Please cancel private appointments at least 3 days in advance.
Customers who cancel on the day of their appointment will be refused future transactions.
As appointments are coordinated with other customers,
we ask for your cooperation.
