If a purchase is expected, we can visit anywhere within Japan.
For locations outside Kansai or for customers who are far away, please contact us.

There are certain criteria for on-site visits.

Estimated budget: ¥600,000 and up

Location: Within Japan only (※For overseas, please contact us separately)

 

＜How to Book＞
We schedule appointments so we can meet as many customers as possible, so please contact us early to secure a date.

“Do you have plans to come to XX Prefecture on such-and-such a date?”

Please refrain from asking schedule-confirmation questions like this.
If you would like an on-site sales visit, please inquire with the desired date, time, and location.

For new customers, we ask for:
Your name, age, and a brief self-introduction
Please understand this is required because we handle valuables.

＜Cancellation＞
For on-site sales visits, travel and accommodation arrangements are made, so except in unavoidable circumstances, cancellations are not permitted.
Please note that we may require a deposit at the time your reservation is confirmed.
