Since all of our products (including existing designs listed on our website and custom-made orders) are crafted after receiving an order, we CAN NOT accept cancellation or return once the payment has made, and your order has been processed.

(Defective product and Issues)

All products are made by skilled craftsmen to ensure the highest quality and perfect workmanship. Also, RADIANN ensures every order has made with delivers in great condition. However, if you see any defects or damages upon the receipt, please contact us within 3 days(Since the delivery date) by email/LINE/WhatsAPP. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
