◆◆Request regarding package receipt◆

【If a package cannot be received due to an unknown address or long-term absence】

The carrier's storage period for packages is approximately one week (varies by carrier). Packages left beyond the storage period will be treated as declined and returned to our company. When returned, round-trip shipping charges ("shipping fee + return fee") will be charged per item. We will cover the initial shipping fee, but for reshipment the shipping will be cash-on-delivery and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

When a package is returned to us, we will send an email regarding "reshipment," so please be sure to reply. If more than two weeks pass from the email sending date, we will not accept any refunds or cancellations on the grounds that shipment was not made, even if the item was returned to us due to reasons such as refusal to receive or storage period expiry without justifiable reason. Please make arrangements so that you can receive the package under your responsibility.

Also, if an order has caused significant delivery difficulties even once due to an unknown address or prolonged absence, we will not accept orders from that customer thereafter. 

If we judge a customer's refusal or delay of receipt to be malicious, it may constitute the criminal offense of obstruction of business by deception, and we will file a complaint with the police.

The statutory penalty for obstruction of business by deception is "imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to 500,000 yen." We may also take further legal action such as civil litigation.

Even a single refusal to accept a delivery is a significant burden for our company. We appreciate your understanding.

※If you will be away for an extended period due to sudden outings, etc.
If, after placing your order or after shipment, you become unable to receive the package due to an unexpected absence, please contact us as soon as possible.
