Orders shipped domestically will take 4-7 days after dispatch.
- Outside of Japan
(Transit time: international)
Orders shipped internationally will take 4 - 22 days after dispatch. This varies greatly on the courier you have selected and the country of delivery. Also, please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order after payment has been verified (Sat, Sun day & National Holidays are excluded). When your order has shipped, we will immidiately send you the tracking code via email/LINE/WhatsAPP.
*Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incured once a shipment reaches your destination country. RADIANN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
【Receiving your package】
When a customer purchases a product, a sales contract is concluded between us and the customer, and both parties are responsible for sales and purchase.

[If you can not receive your parcel due to unknown address or long absence]
The parcel storage period of the courier is about one week (depending on the courier). Package that has passed the storage period will be declined and returned to us.
When returning, a round-trip fare of "shipping fee + return shipping fee" will be incurred for each item.
We will bear the initial shipping fee, but in the case of resending, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
We will send you an email regarding "reshipment" when the package is returned to us. No resending will be accepted within 2 weeks from the date of sending the email. Even if it is returned to us due to reasons such as refusal of receipt (rejection) or expiration of storage without a justifiable reason, we will not accept any refunds or cancellations.
Please make arrangements to ensure that you receive your luggage at your own responsibility.
In addition, we will not be able to accept any future orders from customers who have been canceled due to unknown address or long absence.
If it is determined to be malicious, it may be a crime of obstructing false accounting work, so we will report it to the police.
The offense of obstructing false accounting is "imprisonment of up to 3 years or a fine of up to 500,000 JPY".
We will take further legal action. After sending the content proof, a summary court will be conducted and you will be required to pay the round-trip shipping fee and expenses.
